Returns
We accept eligible returns within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in their original condition
Items that don't meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please email us at ayrabyar@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can look into it.
